  1. I put grass fed butter in my morning coffee for last 3 years. Tastes great 👍🏻

  2. Maybe time to switch to EVOO in my coffee🤔

  3. Some of your recipes call for butter. I don’t understand your back and forth on things!

  4. But caseine protein is not inherently bad. Also, yeah ofcourse butter consumption causes the most problems for the heart. It’s the dairy that contains the most fat. Butter is fine for most people in moderation. Butter also has a lot of great health benefits. As does milk. As does cheese.

😂 now you are ruining my keto coffee

  6. where’s the links to the studies?

Just eat raw A-2 organic butter you will be perfectly healthy

  8. Just enjoy your food. This guy looks his age and will die on schedule from his ‘weakest’ body part failing, like everyone else

  9. I haven’t drank milk in over 10 years, but I use butter almost every day. I also eat cheese 2 or 3 times a week. I feel great & keeping my weight down.

  10. Dr. Gundry, how come you recommend goat cheese, when it’s one of the products highest in Neu5gc?

    • What’s Neu5gc?

    • @Joe C. A supposedly harmful sugar molecule found predominantly in red meat, but also in goat cheese. Dr. Gundry advises against red meat, precisely because of Neu5gc, but recommends goat cheese, where it is also found. Would be interested to know how this works?

If I’m correct you mentioned to use sesame oil? Isn’t that the worst thing for you?

  12. I li,e to cook with Ghee, which is clarified butter with the proteins removed.
Now I’ll start looking for southern European grass feed butter to use to make my Ghee.

  13. Emilio Accordions

What’s he’s saying is Butter is ok. But in moderation, also using A2 Butter like butter from Italy. We buy Italian butter and use it all the time but in moderation. We’re all fine.

  14. Can we trust the science? They change conclusions every day.

  15. Susan Williams

Dr. Gundry, what about ‘plant based butter’?

  16. 6:30 summary

  17. The problem with olive oil is that the bulk of it is not pure olive oil it’s a blend of bad oils too. Look this up. Even 60 minutes did a report on this.

    • Yeah, and REAL olive oil is pretty freaking expensive. I’m sure it’s no problem $$$ for Dr. Gundry, but pretty cost prohibitive for most of us to use as our ‘go-to fat’ of choice

    • If you’re in the United States, they say that the Carbonell brand is a moderately priced olive oil that is real, and also Goya. I think they’re both from Spain

    • @Joe C. just because the lable states “olive oil” doesnt meat they havent blended cheaper oils like veggie/soy oil with the olive oil. See 60 minutes vid on this. take care.

  18. What about ghee

  19. So we make Ghee then 😂

  20. was the question “what happens if you eat grass fed butter for 30 days” actually answered? Or clickbait video title? When Eckberg does these videos, he actually eats the food for 30 days 🙂
