Butter! It remains in every one of our foods but is it helpful for us? Well, many people to assume that butter is a fantastic resource of butyric acid, a brief chain fatty acid that has "health benefits", but that's misdoing. The reality is that butter has really little butyric acid. On top of that, most butter comes cows that can be harmful your health. So to find out when and also which butter you must be consuming keep tuned because Dr. Gundry reveals every little thing you require to understand about this home staple!
I put grass fed butter in my morning coffee for last 3 years. Tastes great 👍🏻
I guess the only benefits are, reducing hunger and tasting good.
I do bulletproof coffee as well.
Maybe time to switch to EVOO in my coffee🤔
Some of your recipes call for butter. I don’t understand your back and forth on things!
He is a weird , money orientated channel. Grundy is a clown 😂😂😂
Trust the science (today)!… Trust another science tomorrow!
But caseine protein is not inherently bad. Also, yeah ofcourse butter consumption causes the most problems for the heart. It’s the dairy that contains the most fat. Butter is fine for most people in moderation. Butter also has a lot of great health benefits. As does milk. As does cheese.
😂 now you are ruining my keto coffee
where’s the links to the studies?
His back yard. They are chain links on his fence.
@White Ninja😂
Just eat raw A-2 organic butter you will be perfectly healthy
Just enjoy your food. This guy looks his age and will die on schedule from his ‘weakest’ body part failing, like everyone else
People who are healther likely squeeze a couple of more years out of life. A decade or so if extremely healthy versus extremely unhealthy
Lol
I haven’t drank milk in over 10 years, but I use butter almost every day. I also eat cheese 2 or 3 times a week. I feel great & keeping my weight down.
Dr. Gundry, how come you recommend goat cheese, when it’s one of the products highest in Neu5gc?
What’s Neu5gc?
@Joe C. A supposedly harmful sugar molecule found predominantly in red meat, but also in goat cheese. Dr. Gundry advises against red meat, precisely because of Neu5gc, but recommends goat cheese, where it is also found. Would be interested to know how this works?
If I’m correct you mentioned to use sesame oil? Isn’t that the worst thing for you?
I li,e to cook with Ghee, which is clarified butter with the proteins removed.
Now I’ll start looking for southern European grass feed butter to use to make my Ghee.
Most Indian ghee is A2 cows. They also often make it with water buffalo milk which doesn’t have the casein protein problem
Is Ghee not free of all proteins?
@joelsombroek, there’s always still a teenie bit left even after clarifying. Some (few) people are really sensitive to this
What’s he’s saying is Butter is ok. But in moderation, also using A2 Butter like butter from Italy. We buy Italian butter and use it all the time but in moderation. We’re all fine.
How to know we are using A2 butter ?
Can we trust the science? They change conclusions every day.
Dr. Gundry, what about ‘plant based butter’?
What is that? Highly processed stuff like… Margarine? One molecular bond away from plastic?
6:30 summary
The problem with olive oil is that the bulk of it is not pure olive oil it’s a blend of bad oils too. Look this up. Even 60 minutes did a report on this.
Yeah, and REAL olive oil is pretty freaking expensive. I’m sure it’s no problem $$$ for Dr. Gundry, but pretty cost prohibitive for most of us to use as our ‘go-to fat’ of choice
If you’re in the United States, they say that the Carbonell brand is a moderately priced olive oil that is real, and also Goya. I think they’re both from Spain
@Joe C. just because the lable states “olive oil” doesnt meat they havent blended cheaper oils like veggie/soy oil with the olive oil. See 60 minutes vid on this. take care.
What about ghee
So we make Ghee then 😂
was the question “what happens if you eat grass fed butter for 30 days” actually answered? Or clickbait video title? When Eckberg does these videos, he actually eats the food for 30 days 🙂
Yes, but Ekberg probably doesn’t have angina and thus can’t kill himself through UNSTABLE ANGINA
