You've heard me state it a thousand times previously which's because I can not stress it enough – BUY ORGANIC! Buying natural can reduce the # 1 worst component hiding in your food, pesticides. Yet sometimes natural is not always the best affordable choice, that's why this week I'm below to share which foods you definitely require to acquire organic – and which foods you might avoid.

  7. I thought mushrooms were good to buy non organic, since they’re in the clean 15 list, and not the dirty 12. More insights, anyone? I’m confused now.

    5) Lectin-free flours & grains

  18. I have heard that pistachios often can be moldy. Any suggestions to avoid those? I will start buying more whole/roasted vs raw shelled pistachios. Is that any better?

  19. I usually have a cruciferous vegetable once a day, sometimes a large serving. Is that too much?

  20. Hi Dr Gundry, can,t you just wash your salad and veg to get rid of the poisons, surely they would wash off?
