    Are not doing the time released they dont do the right job cheap
    How would you chose quality time release or extended release vitamin C

  11. Hello Dr Gundry. I learned from another doctor (one I trust, but who does admin that he makes mistakes from time to time) that the reason to drink lemon water is to replenish your electrolytes. Drinking too much plain water makes you go to the toilet often and you eliminate electrolytes. What is your take on that?
