  1. Dr. Gundry advice on super foods is something that I follow daily. I’m a fan of his because of his books he wrote named diet evolution and plant paradox.

  2. Excellent short and sweet video Dr. Gundry. Started on your Plant Paradox Program March 10 of this year and as of August 6, lost 45 lbs (247 lbs to 202 lbs), got rid of my incontinence and bloating, significantly improved my energy level, as well as the surprising improvement of my cognitive function. I am much sharper, my memory has improve, and I process information much faster than I ever had. I now sleep through the night without having to wake and run to he bathroom several times.

    I did all this by watching your videos. I recently purchased your book and realized that I had only implemented 70% of what you recommended and had this amazing improvement. I am now preparing to go through the full program from start to finish and really heal myself.

  10. Nice one! but did you ever consider the importance of non-hybrid foods? Avocado has only 2g Protein per 100g & with nuts be careful with omega-6!!!

  11. Just started your diet and switched from eating brown rice to fermented millet and sorghum. Been mostly vegetarian for twenty years. Your diet is easy for me to follow, I have seen a noticeable change in my weight already Thanks!!!

  12. Serious question: Don’t horses, cows, gorillas, and other animals, eat plenty of insects, including worms and spiders, and dirt when they eat grass and leaves? Aren’t these sources of proteins and minerals for them?

  14. I really liked this video because it started and ended with a clear Focus on what you can do without going into everything else – very fine I really appreciated that.
    and it would have been even more helpfull if the foods were written down: 1 avocado , green leaves, mushrooms, nuts, pressure cooked beans

  15. Fantastic.This guy is only 100% accurate to what I spent 40 years learning.(everybody I know is on plant based diet,but some are very sick.)

  16. I always wonder about foods that you can’t eat unless you do something to them like how potatoes have solanine in them or how beans are toxic uncooked!
    Side note: one time I ate five kidney beans that I was cooking to test if they were done yet and then thought they tasted pretty good like that actually I wonder if anyone eats RAW beans and I looked it up and it turns out you can die from that😳(especially kidney beans )and it causes lots of food poisoning cases!! I did not know that —-they should put a warning on beans😟

    Anyway what I’m wondering is you talk about like didn’t NY plans have them and all this stuff but if we’re supposed to be designed so perfectly and eat what we’re supposed to eat then don’t you think beans or something we probably weren’t supposed to be eating in the first place? Like I understand I would not go out and kill a cow and bite into it flesh and I wouldn’t see a piece of wheat out in the field and decide I’m going to process it and then make it into cereal I would just walk right by it.

  17. In india we eat lentils added with spinach or any leafy 🥬 vegetable pressure cook and add some spices for the taste and eat daily with Rice or Roti with ghee . Lentils = protein and greens = vitamins . Both Easy to digest and filling . Rice is cooked by removing the starch when it’s semi boiled and then steam but not in rice cooker .
