  2. Thank you Dr. Gundry for your podcast. Happy holidays!

  3. Dr. Gundry, what are your thoughts on fluorine ( in dental care)?

  4. Just a reminder that real Parm Reg from Italy is made from A2 milk, so is safe for most people. And you can get it from Whole Foods.

    • But doesn’t “true guacamole have jalopenoes, & aren’t their seeds & skins lectin- rich?

    • Last question: where is the kale-broccoli-spinach casserole recipe shown in the video? I’m sorry but I can’t find it.

    • Don’t waste your money on A2 milk. A1, regular milk is safe if you don’t have a reaction to it

    • @Ian Actually, my comment was directed specifically to those who DO react to A1 casein, Ian – & to those concerned that they might be sensitive to it but not yet showing symptoms – yet who might not know that the real Parm from Italy is made from A2 casein, so probably safe for them. But thanks anyway for your input.

    • @Cheryl H Oh ok, I see. Thanks for clarifying

  5. Dr. Gundry you are a Blessing

  6. Dr. Gundry your food tips have really help my inflammation but sometimes I only eat 3/4 heathy but with your food tips and your Active Advantage I must tell you Thank You.
