Thank you Dr. Gundry for your podcast. Happy holidays!
Dr. Gundry, what are your thoughts on fluorine ( in dental care)?
Just a reminder that real Parm Reg from Italy is made from A2 milk, so is safe for most people. And you can get it from Whole Foods.
But doesn’t “true guacamole have jalopenoes, & aren’t their seeds & skins lectin- rich?
Last question: where is the kale-broccoli-spinach casserole recipe shown in the video? I’m sorry but I can’t find it.
Don’t waste your money on A2 milk. A1, regular milk is safe if you don’t have a reaction to it
@Ian Actually, my comment was directed specifically to those who DO react to A1 casein, Ian – & to those concerned that they might be sensitive to it but not yet showing symptoms – yet who might not know that the real Parm from Italy is made from A2 casein, so probably safe for them. But thanks anyway for your input.
@Cheryl H Oh ok, I see. Thanks for clarifying
Dr. Gundry you are a Blessing
Dr. Gundry your food tips have really help my inflammation but sometimes I only eat 3/4 heathy but with your food tips and your Active Advantage I must tell you Thank You.

Kate is very nice & knowledgeable on your lectin subject, I appreciate her confidence and pace when she is talking👍
I’m on healthy Keto => lots of lectin free veggies, 🥑🥥 evoo & greens in addition to protein foods and pastured eggs, dairy free.
Love ❤ your book too!
Happy Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays to you, family and your guests 🎁🙏
Marvelous!! I’m trying the sweet potato pie !! – I’ve heard eggs could be swapped for gelatin Thank you wonderful possibilities for yummy lectin free holiday meals!!

Glad to meet the talented person behind some of your wonderful receipts. When I make my favorites I think of her in appreciation. So I am glad to see a face to remember.
How does Dr. Gundry feel about %100 maple syrup?
could you please clarify regarding the kind of agave syrup?
🦃🎄🤗 Excellent information Dr.Gundry!! 🙏🏼
Well you have put your foot in Dr Bravo my good ma bravo and thank you so much 👊🇬🇧💙💙💙🙏🙏
Hi Dr. Gundry, I’m not sure if this is just a fad but I am really interested in what you think of eating insects. I keep seeing cricket based flour and I have read that it is a good source of omega 3. Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
Great Info! I am actually doing a liver/gallbladder flush during my Thanksgiving! One way to avoid the Huge Table!
Olive oil and a little grape juice or red wine, lemon juice mixed will really help.
Hi Kate ! Thanks for everything.
Hi Dr Gundry . People where I live used to eat dates and camel milk for centuries and they were super healthy . Would you please inform us about that !?
Thank you 😊 for your wonderful video 🙏
Great conversation.
