  11. I think motion and movement, and not necessarily aerobic or High Intensity Training, but just simple motion like with say walking, helps the lymph system to move and expel waste. There is no central pump like the heart with blood, for the lymph system. Working your muscles helps pump the lymph. Sitting still at a computer all day is not good from the point of view of your lymph system.
