  1. Just take extra zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin A, omega 3. Do regular exercise to adjust your body’s hormone levels and shower regularly to relax your muscles. Just be kind to yourself.

  4. This really helped me realize some things, especially being from a migrant background with poverty. I had a lot of shame, paralysis and fear of showing who I really am to my parents even though they were creatives themselves who had to do the stable job thing. I’m also doing so amazingly on the Gundry diet, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    Recently I read “Longevity Paradox” and tried the nutrition program that you suggested for 1 month. I, thank God, don’t experience any health issues, just being curious and consious about my health.
    I felt good during that month and at the end of it. Specifically, I started feeling pleasant lightness in the stomach, especially at the morning.
    But I had a suspicion that this lightness comes from getting rid of meat from my diet. After 1 month of longevity paradox diet, I continued avoiding meat, but returned to some “lectin-rich” foods like barley, brown rice, tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, zucchinis, watermelons… And I continued feeling the same lightness.

    What I’m curious about is how exactly you determine if a food has lectins in it or not. Do you do some chemical analysis or they are seen under the microscope? How do they look?

  12. Dr. Gundry I have a question ,in related to this but important. Can we take out the seeds if a zucchini and fill it with whatever to make a boat type meal, leave the skin on but if course not eat the skin. Is cooking with the skin still giving u lectins even if u don’t eat it?
