  4. NMN or NR. Either one is good. I take NR with 1 gram Resveratrol, 1 gram Quercetin, 500 mg niacin daily. And about 50 other supplements. When I can afford NMN I’ll try that, too.

  5. I don’t see how Aging isn’t recognized as a Disease when it breaks down the Body (wrinkling, sagging) causing Ailments (Diabetes, Heart Trouble, decay of Organs, Cancer, Alzheimers, Cataracts, hearing loss, brittle Bones, etc.
