  1. It’s hard to have good posture. I don’t feel as relaxed. Guess it just takes getting used to.

    • Your best posture is your next posture. Posture isn’t the issue itself, its the time spent in certain positions which causes issues. If you hold a weight in your hand and hold it out in front of you, eventually your shoulder and arm will hurt. Sit leaning forward for long enough, your posterior chain will hurt. Sit up nice and tall in “good posture” you’ll eventually feel uncomfortable. It’s how long you spend in these positions which is the issue.

    • Allanzo I felt this ? but it’s only because we’re so accustomed to it, gotta change these habits!

    • That’s why people can’t fix their posture, they get tired of being in that position so they give up and let it fall back into place. So what does that mean? There are muscles there that are weak and need to be strengthened. Thereby saying why you need to stretch and exercise it, and force yourself to sit properly so that you never have the problem again.

    • It’s a muscle you need to slowly develop strength.

    • eva ingels this is a good start. Good posture will make you feel and look more confident in an instant . Pullback your shoulders and stand up straight everyday. Sooner or later, you will notice you can easily speak to people .

    • Also keep in mind that if you are sucking in your lower stomach you will automatically start to breath from your chest instead of the diaphragm and this can lead to shallow breathing which could intensify your anxiety.
